Learn How to Quit Kit

Each SmokEnders "Learn How To Quit Kit" provides the smoker with the most comprehensive behavioral system and allows the smoker to choose from two methods of nicotine reduction. 1) reducing nicotine milligrams while they continue to smoke or 2) the nicotine patch. With the exception of the first session, the behavioral training is the same for both programs. This is a seven session program that requires seven weeks if not using the nicotine patch and expands support to twelve weeks if using nicotine transdermal therapy.

IMPORTANT: The comprehensive behavioral training included in the exclusive SmokEnders program is designed to be cumulative. No session is devoted exclusively to one topic.

This outline lists the focus of each session, but because of the cumulative effect and detailed reinforcement in each session, an outline cannot accommodate all of the elements involved.
